You made a promise to yourself, Time to get in shape, You might ask yourself, last time you didn't do it right, So if you fall down, You won't stand back up in a fight? Let's get some paper, Grab a pencil or a pen, Start writing down your goals, This is where it all begins, Run, swim, lift weights, Whatever you like, Just use good form, Then get good rest in the night.
